2. SH15 amorphous alloy power transformer

Product introduction

SH15 series amorphous alloy hermetically-sealed transformer is a new type of environmental protection and energy-saving product. Its core is wound by amorphous alloy, and no-load loss is 75% and above lower than the current S11 distribution transformer. Amorphous alloy is a new type strip material, which has no crystal structure, small magnetization power and high resistivity, so the eddy current loss is small. Application of this material as iron core can produce a new type of energy-saving transformer, which is an ideal product for the renewal of distribution network.

Structural features

1. The transformer core is made of amorphous alloy cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which greatly reduces no-load loss and no-load current. The core is bound to ensure the compactness and reduce noise.

2. The coil is rectangular. The high voltage coil is made of acetal enamelled wire, and the low voltage coil is made of oxygen-free copper wire or copper foil coil. These increase the ability of the transformer to withstand short circuit.

3. Dyn11 method is applied to the transformer connection to reduce the influence of harmonics on the power grid and improve the quality of power supply.

4. The transformer adopts vacuum oiling technique, which can completely eliminate the air bubbles in the coil and ensure the stable insulation performance.

5. The external oil conservator is canceled. Traditional oil tube is replaced by a chip radiator as the cooling component. An air cushion is filled on top of the oil tank, which is compressed by the volume expansion of the transformer oil. The transformer oil is isolated from the air to prevent and slow down the deterioration of the oil quality and insulation dampness, and to enhance the operation reliability, and free maintenance in working.
