10KV oil immersed transformer

The product complies with the national standard GB1094-1996 and GB /t6451-2008. This is the latest series product with low loss copper winding. It is made of high-quality materials. New technology and materials are used for coil body and insulation. This product shows advantages of low loss, low noise and high efficiency, and can achieve good energy-saving effect and reduce pollution.

12KV oil immersed transformer

The 12kV fully-sealed oil immersed power transformer shows advantages of low loss, low noise and high efficiency, which achieve good energy-saving effect and reduce pollution. Compared with the normal oil immersed transformer, the fully-sealed transformer cancels the external oil tank. The change of oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheet of the corrugated oil tank. The transformer is isolated from the air to prevent and slow down the oil deterioration and aging of the insulation. This enhance the operation reliability, and free maintenance under normal operation.

SH15 amorphous alloy power transformer

SH15 series amorphous alloy hermetically-sealed transformer is a new type of environmental protection and energy-saving product. Its core is wound by amorphous alloy, and no-load loss is 75% and above lower than the current S11 distribution transformer. Amorphous alloy is a new type strip material, which has no crystal structure, small magnetization power and high resistivity, so the eddy current loss is small. Application of this material as iron core can produce a new type of energy-saving transformer, which is an ideal product for the renewal of distribution network.

33KV oil immersed transformer

33kV series oil immersed power transformer is advanced in design, and greatly improved in material, structure and technology. Showing strong short-circuit resistance, beautiful appearance, reliable operation, low loss and low noise, it’s performance reaches the advanced level of global similar products.

35 KV oil immersed transformer

Compared with S9 series, the no-load loss of S11 series products is reduced by 30% on average, and no-load current is 70-80% lower. The iron core is made of import high magnetic conductivity, low loss, cold-rolled high-quality silicon steel sheet, which reduces the no-load loss and saves energy significantly. It shows characteristics of high safety and reliability, advanced structure, small dimension, light weight, low noise, low temperature rise, anti-corrosion and reliable anti-leakage measures to prevent oil leakage.
