Transformers produced by our company are made with the process of automatic vacuum pouring of thin insulating tape padding. Cores are made with high magnetic conductive grain-oriented silicon steel sheets and poured with imported epoxy resin. With imported advanced technology, quality raw materials, scientific management, advanced process and comprehensive testing equipment, the products have the following features:

Coils adopt glass fiber reinforcement and cast with epoxy resin with padding in the vacuum state. The entire pouring and curing process are monitored and spontaneously adjusted by the computer terminal based on the actual conditions. Precise manufacturing process has contributed to the good mechanical properties of the coils which are featured with no crack and no internal bubble, low partial discharge, high reliability and long service life.

S9 series transformer is made from copper winding,adopting the technology,new materials,the load loss and no load loss less than the before.

Main Feature

Transformer tank adopts full seal structure, the tank along with box available bolt connection or welding die, transformer oil not contact with air and prolong the life.

Material

Oxygen-free copper lines of lower resistivity, which will become smoother and burr-free after series of additional surface treatment, so the load loss of our transformer is lower and the electric performance is better.
High-quality silicon-steel plates which are of lower unit loss, and the no-load of the transformers is lower.
High-quality wooden laminating insulation pieces, which won’t split or move even under the influence of short circuit.
Thoroughly filtrated transformer oil containing less water, gas and impurities, which makes our transformers work better.
High-quality rubber sealing material, which can prevent the transformers form aging or leakage.

·working conditions

1. The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the minimum shall not below - 25 ℃;

2. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m. If special customized transformers and low-voltage components are used, the altitude can reach 4000m;

3. The vertical inclination is no more than 5 °, and no violent vibration and impact;

4. The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);

5. No gas and conductive dust that will seriously affect the insulation of transformer, no explosion hazard and corrosion of electrical components;

6. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s.

7. If service conditions beyond the above, specially customized product is available.

1.The payment term: We accept TT,30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of BL.

4.The material of transformer: We have two types, one is with copper and another one is with aluminum. It depends on your requirement. In fact, those two have difference if normal work well. Only except the long life. Copper is better and also higher price.
