Product Features:

S11 / 12kV fully sealed oil immersed power transformer shows the advantages of low loss, low noise and high efficiency, which achieves good energy saving effect and reduces pollution. Compared with the traditional oil immersed transformer, fully sealed transformer cancels the oil conservator. The change of oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheet of the corrugated oil tank. The transformer is isolated from the air to prevent and slow down the deterioration of the oil and the aging of the insulation, thus enhance the operation reliability. Normal operation is maintenance free.

Structural characteristics

1. The transformer core is made of imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which greatly reduces no-load loss and no-load current. The core is tightly bound to ensure the compactness and reduce noise.

2. The high and low voltage windings are made of oxygen-free copper. The low voltage winding of 500KVA and below is of double-layer cylinder structure, of 630kVA and above adopt double helix or four helix structure. High-voltage winding adopts multi-layer cylinder structure.

3. Dyn11 is used in the transformer connection group to reduce the influence of harmonics on the power grid and improve the quality of power supply.

4. The transformer is a fully sealed structure, with three coats of primer and one coat of finish paint applied on the inner and outer surfaces. The product is salt fog proof, moisture proof and fungus-proofing, beautiful, durable and reliable

5. The measured noise value is lower than the standard and maintenance free under normal operation.

·Service conditions

1. The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the minimum shall not below - 25 ℃;

2. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m. If special customized transformers and low-voltage components are used, the altitude can reach 4000m;

3. The vertical inclination is no more than 5 °, and no violent vibration and impact;

4. The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);

5. No gas and conductive dust that will seriously affect the insulation of transformer, no explosion hazard and corrosion of electrical components;

6. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s.

7. If service conditions beyond the above, specially customized product is available.
