Applications
The combined American box change is a transformer body, high
voltage load switch, fuse and other components.
It is placed in the transformer oil tank. Because it is immersed in
oil, the volume of the components is greatly reduced, the structure
is more compact, and the installation is convenient and flexible.
Fully insulated, fully sealed structure, safe and reliable, easy to
operate, maintenance free. Widely used in residential quarters,
high-tech centers, factories and mines, airports, stations,
schools.
Product introduction
ZGS type combined transformer, namely American type transformer
station, is a transformer that combines transformer body,
switchgears, fuse, tap changer, low-voltage distribution device and
other relevant auxiliary equipment. It can meet the requirements of
users' electric energy measurement, reactive compensation,
low-voltage shunt and other configurations. ZGS type combined
transformer is an independent complete set of power transformation
and distribution device with the rated capacity of 63-1600kVA in
the AC 50Hz / 6-10kV power grid, which can be used both outdoors
and indoors. It is widely used in industrial parks, urban
residential areas, commercial centers, high-rise buildings,
temporary construction sites and other places.

temperature:-55oC
b) Humidity: Monthly average humidity 95%; Daily average humidity
90% .
c) Altitude above sea level: Maximum installation altitude: 2500m
d) Ambient air not apparently polluted by corrosive and flammable
gas, vapor etc.
e) No frequent violent shake
Main Designation Characteristics
l The crust of the substation is designed according to the foreign
advanced technology and physical reality. We provide many kinds of
crust material such as aluminum alloy steel composite stainless
steel board and non metal material(glass fiber).
l The HV side use charge switch or vacuum circuit breaker. The
transformer could be oil type hermetically-sealed type and dry
type.
l The proof of the box is double layers structure and between the
layers is filled with foam.There are independent boards in HV and
LV room, and in the transformer room will install auto thermal
controller heater and cooling equipment.

Scope of application:
1.Urban public power distribution system,in the residential
area,when downtown street load increases,and need to increase the
transformer capacity.
2.Temporary power supply of construction site:existing
buildings,the need to transformer or increase the use of electrical
equipment,field operations and outdoor workplace power supply,such
as oil,mining,port terminals,stations and so on.
