Overview
Box-type substation, also known as pre-installed substation. It is
a combination of high-voltage switch gear, distribution transformer
and low-voltage power distribution device.
It is an indoor and outdoor compact power distribution equipment
prefabricated in the factory,which is integrated according to a
certain wiring scheme. It combines the functions of transformer
step-down and low-voltage power distribution organically.
This power substation package is installed in a steel structure box
that is moisture-proof, rust-proof, dust-proof, rodent-proof,
fire-proof, anti-theft, heat-insulated, fully enclosed and
movable.It is especially suitable for urban network construction
and renovation.
It is a new type substation to replace the civil construction
substation. The box-type substation is suitable for mines,
factories, oil and gas fields and wind power stations. It replaces
the original civil power distribution room and substation and
becomes a new type of transformer distribution equipment.
Box-type substation is also suitable for residential quarters,
urban public, bustling downtown, construction power supply,
etc.Users can choose box-type substation according to different
usage conditions and load levels.

tests required by clients can also be done accordingly.

Product Features
1. Intelligient control, integrated with enclosure, compact
structure and high environmental adaptability for outdoor
applications.
2. The three-limb iron core is made of oblique cut Grain-oriented,
seven-step silicon steel laminations insulated on both sides,
guaranteeing low losses and low noise. These values are even
improved by laser treatment. It is protected on the surface with a
flash-proof varnish in order to prevent the sheet from corrosion
and to reduce the noise.
3. Clamping frame: it is processed by CNC cutting, bending and then
one-time punch forming, the hole’s size is accurate and the
appearance looks delicate.
4. The winding coil is made of oxygen-free copper, class H for main
insulation materials and coil is insulated by NOMEX paper of DUPONT
brand, LV winding is isolated by copper foils. All these make the
heat-resistant is up to 220℃, with excellent overload capacity and
low loss, but high efficiency.
5. Varelen practices strictly exclusive casting system of F(155℃)
or H(180℃), and the epoxy resin is injected and casted in the
vacuum machine, so it’s highly insulated, dust-proof and
moisture-proof, which ensures stable and reliable performance.
