SCB Dry Type power distribution transformer
Overview & features
SCB epoxy resin pouring dry-type transformer is manufactured in
conformity with IEC60726 standards (applicable International
Electrotechnical Commission standards), GB6450 standards and
GB/T10228 standards (applicable state standards of the People's
Republic of China). Frequency: 50Hz. It can be used for electric
transformation and distribution of urban power grids. It is
primarily applicable for high-rise buildings, commercial centers,
airports, offshore drilling platforms, ships, tunnels, large
hydropower stations and railway stations
There is protection shell option, IP grade is IP20,IP30,IP40. the
material of the shell is stainless steel,aluminum alloy,
aluminium-Zinc alloy coated steel. It is easy for
operation,installation and light weight.It won't effect ventilation
and heat dissipation, the door can be at both high voltage and low
voltage side, or as per your request.
Product features
Structure:
Our company specialized in Three phase amorphous alloy dry-type
transformer. Inheritance the advatages of cast-resin dry-type
transformer. Structure is more reasonable, Performance is more
reliable.
Low loss:
the product no-load is 40% lower than the SC (B) 10 type product
with an excellen energy saving effect, economic-efficient operation
and without maintenance.
Low Noise:
the product noise level is 10-15 db lower than the existing
professional standard JB/T10088-2004 Sound Level of 6-220KV
Transformer.
Low partial discharge:
resin mixture adopts foreign leading-edge mixing method and film
type vacuum deaerator to evenly mix the mixture and remove the
bubble in the bottom part of mixture. The product has a low partial
discharge which can be controlled at 5PC.
Both high voltage and low voltage coils can be poured in vacuum
pressure so as to enable a encapsulating of resin insulation and
immersion among layers and inter-turns.
The poured part has a compact solidity structure with anti-faming,
anti-explosion and environmental protection features.
Glass fiber and other raw materials of winding coil have
self-extinguishing property and will not produce arc due to short
circuit. Resin will not produce harmful gas under high temperature.
Great mechanical strength:
resin with fillings can lower the differences of dilataion
coefficient, cure shrinkage rate and internal stress as well as
increase the hardness of condensate within the poured area. Precast
and fashioned reinforcing materials are placed in the seal coat of
epoxy resin which is painted on the inside and outside surface of
high and low-voltage coil, making the structure as compact as the
reinforced concrete so that the mechanical strength is greater than
epoxy resin which can bear the electrodynamic action caused by
sudden short-circuit without damage.
Application
SC(B) Series DRY EPOXY RESIN DISTRIBUTION POWER TRANSFORMER is
widely applied in hotels, high buildings, business centers,
residence community, gymnasium, Petrochemical plant, airport,
harbor, metro, mine, drillic.
