Product Features:
Our company can produce a variety of oil-immersed transformers with
a voltage rating of 35kV or less and a capacity of 12500kVA or
less. The variety includes S9, S11 series and S13, S15 series of
energy-saving products. The product is widely used in industrial
and mining enterprises, agriculture, civil construction and other
distribution sites as well as oil, chemical industry, more oil,
more chemical substances in the places.
1. Good Economic Performance
The no-load loss for S11 series products decreased 10.3% averagely,
no-load current decreased 22.4% based on S9 series.
2. Long Service Life
Transformer tank adopts hermetical structure, tank and tank cover
can be connected by bolts or welded firmly, the transformer oil
won’t contact with air, so that extend the service life
effectively.
3. High Operation Reliability
Improve the relevant sealing parts for the tank, increase the
reliability and advance the technical level to ensure the
reliability of the seal.
4. Small Installation Area
S11-M series transformer tank uses the corrugated plate radiator.
When the oil temperature changes, the corrugated plate will proceed
thermal expansion, which can replace the role of the oil
conservator. the corrugated plate tank has beautiful appearance,
less occupied area.
High-quality material
a. The three- phase oil-immersed Power Transformer applies new type
insulating structure.
b. The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon-steel
plate 27ZH10.
c. All fasteners have been processed with special trearment to
prevent them from loosening.
Reliale structure
a. Spiral loops with longitudinal oil path to produce a better
interior cooling effect;

or move even under the influence of short circuit.
Thoroughly filtrated transformer oil containing less water, gas and
impurities, which makes our transformers work better.
High-quality rubber sealing material, which can prevent the
transformers form aging or leakage.

·Service conditions
1. The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and
the minimum shall not below - 25 ℃;
2. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m. If special customized
transformers and low-voltage components are used, the altitude can
reach 4000m;
3. The vertical inclination is no more than 5 °, and no violent
vibration and impact;
4. The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);
5. No gas and conductive dust that will seriously affect the
insulation of transformer, no explosion hazard and corrosion of
electrical components;
6. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s.
7. If service conditions beyond the above, specially customized
product is available.
