The capacity range of 10kV class S11 full seal power transformer is
30kva-2500kva. In 10kV, 50Hz power transmission and distribution
system, it can be widely used in high-rise buildings, commercial
centers, subways, airports, stations, industrial and mining
enterprises, drilling platforms, especially in places with high
fire protection requirements such as inflammables and explosives,
and in places with poor environment. It can also be used for power
and lighting in residential areas, commercial streets and rural
areas.

S11 type fully sealed oil immersed transformer is the main type
selection product of current distribution equipment, with
remarkable energy saving effect. The S11 distribution transformer
produced by our company uses 30p series high conductivity oriented
silicon steel produced by well-known enterprises, and adopts new
insulating materials and processes. The products are resistant to
high temperature and impact. The integral mailbox composed of
corrugated radiator is produced by phosphating and multi-layer
antirust spraying technology, which has good weather resistance.
High-quality material
a. The three- phase oil-immersed Power Transformer applies new type
insulating structure.
b. The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon-steel
plate 27ZH10.
c. All fasteners have been processed with special trearment to
prevent them from loosening.
Oxygen-free copper lines of lower resistivity, which will become
smoother and burr-free after series of additional surface
treatment, so the load loss of our transformer is lower and the
electric performance is better.
High-quality silicon-steel plates which are of lower unit loss, and
the no-load of the transformers is lower.
High-quality wooden laminating insulation pieces, which won’t split
or move even under the influence of short circuit.
Thoroughly filtrated transformer oil containing less water, gas and
impurities, which makes our transformers work better.
High-quality rubber sealing material, which can prevent the
transformers form aging or leakage.
Reliale structure
a. Spiral loops with longitudinal oil path to produce a better
interior cooling effect;
b.New suspending structure and instrument positioning frames to
guarantee the long distance transportation.

·Service conditions
1. The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and
the minimum shall not below - 25 ℃;
2. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m. If special customized
transformers and low-voltage components are used, the altitude can
reach 4000m;
3. The vertical inclination is no more than 5 °, and no violent
vibration and impact;
4. The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);
5. No gas and conductive dust that will seriously affect the
insulation of transformer, no explosion hazard and corrosion of
electrical components;
6. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s.
7. If service conditions beyond the above, specially customized
product is available.
